TECHNICIANS

All technicians must be proficient at hanging and repairing drywall, painting and caulking. Technicians do not need to be proficient at light carpentry [Trim & Molding] but those who are will be allowed access to larger projects

DRIVERS

Drivers must have their own vehicle to transport technicians from each job site. You will receive jobs based on your location to avoid travels longer than [1hour] away from the requested location on your application. Drivers operate as supervisors for their team of technicians and will be expected to submit daily reports of projects

ESTIMATORS

Estimators will have the flexibility of working from home and going out to meet with clients based on the leads given to them. 8% Commission on all closed jobs. Estimators are also expected to make sure each of their projects are closed out to receive their commission
